I was a member of Children's Theatre during the 60's. Most of the people that have posted messages were a few years older than I was and I went by "Missy" during that time in my life. I have very fond memories of CT and the Dunes Art Foundation. I was reading through your messages and your names leapt off the pages at me. Alan Goldberg... I think the last time I saw Alan Goldberg I was in Junior High.
I carry Nora, Grace and Tyler with me. In fact I was just looking at Nora's book "Cathy and the Paddy Boy", does anyone else have that book?
I have not continued on in the theatre as many of you have. (I am currently in a Midwifery Program.) I do use a lot of what I learned from my CT days in my daily life. Do you remember the exercise that Nora used with us in CT "where in your body are you, are you in your toes, now relax your toes", etc. etc. in helping women with childbirth.
I hope that all of your lives are full of joy. I feel lucky to have been a part of the Dunes Art experience. Missy Hanner
